A Free Talk For The Business Community Offered At the West Shore Country Club: How to Become Irresistible to Your Customer

 

Suffield, CT – January 21, 2008 -- Beacon Marketing Group’s Rahna Barthelmess will present a talk entitled “How to Become Irresistible to Your Customer,” sponsored by the Harrisburg chapter of  Executive Women International.  This free lecture will be given Thursday, February 21 at West Shore Country Club at  100 Brentwater Road, Camp Hill, PA and will cover why it’s important for businesses to know their customers, provide examples of how others have grown their businesses by knowing the their customers, and answer the question, “What exactly do I need to know about my customer, and how can that positively impact my marketing efforts—and more importantly, my bottom line?” 

 

There will also be a follow-up half-day seminar of the same topic given on March 13 at the Giant Community Center, 3301 Trindle Road, Camp Hill, PA.  This workshop will provide more in-depth “how-to” advice to allow businesses to immediately begin practical application of the concepts discussed.  Local business professionals are encouraged to come and gain inspiration about how a greater understanding of their customers can result in real results in the growth of their businesses.

 

“If you know your customer, you can find ways to make your products or services irresistible, and when businesses understand the needs of their customers, everybody wins,” says Rahna Barthelmess, President and Chief Marketing Strategist of Beacon Marketing Group.  “Customers get products and services that meet their needs perfectly, and that makes them want to buy these wonderful offerings.  That, in turn, grows sales.” But knowing your customers is not as easy a business concept to master as it might seem.  To build customer loyalty, there are certain specific areas that businesses must focus on.  These strongest business-building focus areas will be discussed on February 21 at the West Shore Country Club and reviewed in-depth at the workshop on March 13.  Anyone involved in the marketing and delivery of products and services for their customer base is invited to attend both these sessions.
